Our inspiration: the Galgo, the Spanish greyhound. This breed has been perfected over many centuries for hunting small game. It is renowned for its exceptional efficiency, its ability to organise itself very quickly with remarkable ingenuity and to work harmoniously as a team. In an increasingly complex world, we believe that speed, agility, strategy, teamwork, sense of responsibility, meaning of action, and even elegance are essential qualities for achieving simplicity, the only way to truly master complexity. With the Galgo, nothing is superfluous, everything is essential.
Our motto “Simplify Complexity”: Complexity affects most workplaces and tends to increase over time. While it is somehow natural for the products and services delivered by a company to become more sophisticated, more complex, the underlying working methods and processes must always remain under control, and even be simplified. At GALGO MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, our mission is to reduce the complexity of the methods and processes that govern your business, in order to make them as efficient as possible. With this goal in mind:
- We prioritise active listening and communication based on trust in order to offer personalised and effective support tailored to each customer, thereby promoting significant and lasting success.
- We recognise that while support tools add value, they can also impose constraints or limitations; a lean and streamlined process often achieves much greater efficiency.
- Our approach focuses on the ‘why’ rather than the “what” or ‘how’, with the aim of revealing the real reasons behind design choices, decisions and control steps in any process.
- For us, clear RASCI (Responsible, Accountable, Support, Consulted, Informed) assignments are essential, particularly for critical management system processes.
- Finally, our experience with advanced technologies has strengthened our consideration for the vital, irreplaceable and ultimate role of the human being.
